Biocidal Products Regulation (Regulation EU) No 528/2012).

THE RENEWAL OF ANTICOAGULANTS – EUROPEAN MARKET
These are specific constraints referring to the first Italian authorization. Each European Country will re-evaluate them. We can assist different solutions and requirements depending on the Country.
Anticoagulants are dangerous active ingredients for humans, the environment and non-target animals.
The conditions of renewal of anticoagulants established at European level by the Biocidal Regulation and implemented by the Italian Ministry of Health have the aim of increasing the protection and safety in the use of these products. The renewal of anticoagulants changes the point of view on rodenticides.
Therefore, 3 categories of users have been introduced with respective restrictions in terms of quantity of active ingredient and product sizes.
• General Public: person who makes sporadic use of rodenticides in private (domestic use, non-professional user).
• Professional: person who uses rodenticides in carrying out his professional activity in various sectors;
• Trained professional: person who uses rodenticides as part of the rodent control (exterminator).
Anticoagulants are dangerous active ingredients for humans, the environment and non-target animals.
• H360D May damage the unborn child.
• H372/H373 Causes / may cause damage to organs (blood) through prolonged or repeated exposure.
How to carry out the treatment
Always read and follow instructions on the label and product information before use.
To be used exclusively in bait station, duly marked, protected from atmospheric agents, from the ingestion of non-target animals and from dispersion into the environment.
